My desire for this EYE is to peer through the LENS of leadership and innovation as we crusade into the dawn of the spiritual age worker! As we enter this age it will be paramount for leaders in all walks of industry to understand the dynamic between the knowledge age worker and the spirtual age worker. Someone once said, "if you don't like change, you will like irrelevance even less!!" That quip is true today and will be even more true in the coming years. The successful leader will be defined by their ability to marry the two cultures together. I hope to be a part of that cutting edge by working in collaboration with all that come to enjoy this site.
