WORK:
There's a good solution for any problem, you just have to find it.
I love to do that, and I especially like to teach people how to find their best practice.
My favourites are open source, social software, office, the information jungle world wide web and business english.

PRIVATE:
I spend most of my spare time with my boys who are 9 and 12 years old now. It's an adventure to keep the balance between work and the kids - hard work, surprising and very joyful.
