Profile
Ms. Price, the firm’s Principal Fiduciary, has always been passionate about elder issues. She was raised in Yuma where she worked as a Certified Fiduciary in Private Practice for several years. She has extensive experience in guardianship, conservatorship, probate matters, long term care, and geriatric issues. Upon obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University in 2000, Ms. Price relocated to Texas where she worked as a Certified Paralegal for a firm specializing in tax, corporate, and estate planning matters. Her accomplishments while in Texas include serving as a consultant to the Texas Guardianship Advisory Board and serving as the program monitor for the Texas Task Force on Indigent Defense, where she was responsible for ensuring compliance with $27 million in grants to Texas’ 254 counties.
Ms. Price is a member of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association (AFA) and is currently serving as the Vice-President of the AFA Board. She served as the President of the Yuma County Aging Council, Inc. and is a member of the National Guardianship Association and the Arizona Geriatrics Society. Ms. Price was honored to be invited as a presenter at the First Annual Canadian Conference on Elder Law and provides presentations to many local organizations on the importance of end-of-life planning and the prevention of elder abuse, neglect and exploitation.
