| Peter B. Diaz, CPA is a San Francisco Bay Area Native raised in Menlo Park, California. He lives in Redwood City with his wife Lana and their Golden Retriever, “Harley.” He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 23 years of Tax Experience. His Tax Practice caters to businesses of all sizes and individual taxpayers. He holds a Masters in Taxation Degree From Golden Gate University and Undergraduate Degree in Accounting & Business From San Diego State University. He’s served over 10 years as Corporate Tax Director for two global publicly traded corporations and started his career with the Accounting Firm of Deloitte & Touche in their San Jose Hi-Tech practice office. He has quantified over 100 million in tax savings over his career. Peter has instructed a series of free small business tax workshops for The IRS, The SBA, Canada Community College’s Small Business Development Center and other community centers. His favorite part of his job is meeting people. Services provided by Peter include: tax consulting; tax return preparation for corporations, S-corps, LLCs and partnerships; business tax planning and structuring of deals; entity formation consulting; IRS audit representation; year-end personal tax planning; stock-option-exercise planning, planning for real estate transactions and 1031 exchanges.
