These guys are blatant thieves are not afraid of commiting fraud.
I ordered, they messed up my address even though they had it correct in my confirmation email. Then they wouldnt refund my money until FedEx decided to return it to them. Then when they did confirm that they got the package back, they wouldnt refund my money until I took down my negative feedback. When I refused, they suddenly "unreceived" the package.
These guys are liars and obviously manipulate ratings.

Interesting that there were three raving reviews posted after mine...ON THE SAME DAY.....lolol wonder who posted those. Real slick guys!

The last email I got from these guys was when they said I ripped them off..... I guess they dont get the concept that the customer provides the monehy and they are supposed to provide a product.....they had my money and I had no product, and somehow I ripped them off???
reported these guys to the BBB, and they changed their story again, this time lying to the BBB. First they blamed Amazon, then FedEX, now they told the BBB that I gave them the wrong address.... even though they confirmed it with me TWICE. Not only are they bad at costomer service, they are bad at lying about it too... really, really pathetic.
